You must make the donations in order for them to be deductible.

If you are looking for someone reliable to make them for you with your money go to the United Way or Red Cross and give them your money.

If you are looking for fund raising for your qualified 501(c)(3) organization search the web for professional fund raisers.

If you just want the money yourself but you have not orgainzed a charity then WAKE UP YOUR DREAMING!!!.

On a similiar note I have started a list of people willing to accepts gifts for purposes of estate and gift taxes for the annual exclusion amount. So far, my name is the only one on the list. ;)
