i hav a chihahua who is a little over a year old & yesterday all of a sudden he wuz wabbling around, even when laying down, & seemed 2 be losing his balance when he wud hike his leg or scratch his head with his foot. also his breathing kept getting slower & he wasnt as alert as usual. wut was wrong with him? also one day about 6 months ago he was laying under the table, which he never does, & he was panting bad, but wouldnt drink water. wut was wrong?

dogs can have siezures -- this can be controlled with medicine. also, poison can cause this kind of thing -- only the vet can tell. be kind to your pet and get him to the vet.

Take the dog to the vet! They are the professionals, and they are the only ones that will be able to help him.

Seriously - why do you people think you will find easy answers for bad problems on this website?! You have a problem like that, you take your dog to the vet!

Well since it has happened before, and this is like the second time i say do not wait any longer and take him to the vet A.S.A.P.

i had a dog do that when i was babysiting it and i tolk it to the vet and she said that it had somthing and it had to say here and so i called the owner and he came right away and said thank you for taking it to the vet. later that day i found out i was a life saver i actly saved the dogs life so i would take it to the vet a.s.a.p.Hoped that i helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(A.S.A.P.)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would tell you that you should probably go and see a vet. If its not normal behavior, i think it would be important.

he could be poisoned. take him to the vet

It may be epilepsy, I had a dog do that.
