I guess your talking about television.
1. You may watch channel 10 live at:

It's in Hebrew but the news programs are very good.
2. You may watch channel 1 English news at:
http://www.iba.org.il/
Just look for "English TV News" at your right.

haaretz.co.il, or haaretz.com is a good site, but i dont know what you mean by channel. There is a link on there that translates everything to english. hope i helped!
