I ask this because there is a man at my work who always stares at me (discreetly but Ive noticed it)..Its been happening for about a year..

If I see a girl I think is attractive I usually think about her for a while, but thats mostly if I see someone in the street or something since I probably wont see that person again. If its someone at school or work that you would see often and I like them I would think about them for a longer time. There was a girl I realy liked at school and I couldnt stop thinking about her and I was too shy to ask her out or talk to her or anything. Just before graduation I found at she had liked me. I think that if the guy is kind of like me I think you should talk to him a bit, maybe till he is more comfortable around you and If you think he likes you alot and he still hasnt asked you out then you should ask him out.

I have no idea, Too Short... I mean, yes, sometimes a woman or girl I saw during my day enters into my sexual fantasy life. This doesn't happen very often with me and usually it has to do with her responding to me looking at her. It is more likely that i would look at a woman or type of woman that attracts me. This could be a number of things. You can see through what she is wearing. She is of an ethnic group that I just can't resist. She has some womanly feature I cannot take my eyes off of. There are probably others like her reminding me of some one. I will give you a couple of examples so you can picture what is going on with me. I was sitting in my favorite resturant when a very attractive young asian woman came in. I couldn't help but notice that she was well endowed with breasts. She noticed me checking her out. She was reading a newspaper and she moved it so as to not block my vision of her loveliness. Another case I was in a thrift store and notice that a young asian woman was wearing a blouse that you could see through. She noticed me and seemed to be very pleased with my admiration. Later I saw her and her friend in the parking lot getting into our seperate cars and it seemed to me that she was posing for me and trying to get her friend to do the same. Oh... I used to give rides to waitresses at the resturant and one waitress told me what another waitress I had been giving rides told her she wanted to do with me. I actually did do something with the one who told me about the other... and, I think as well about women I have known before.
How about something not so agressive but at the same time interesting. How about arranging that he see a little more of you than he might expect. I mean, I think girls can do this and not have the guy think they did it on purpose. My friend allowed me to shower at her house and when I got of the shower she was feeding her cat but the way she was bent over I could look up her t-shirt and see that she had no bra on and that she was very nicely endowed. Something like that maybe using some of your better parts and then see what happens... You could scare him away, I suppose... but, maybe not. You don't want to make him nervous... but, if you excite him wouldn't that be fun?

Cant say how he would react but relationships in a work situation rarely work and generally cause problems...... When i see a girl i find attractive , i will normally try and speak to her and find out what she is about as i believe true beauty lies and comes from within.....As your name implies life is to short to be thinking what ifs and maybes

You make the first move, he probably thinks that you are not interested, as he finds you attractive he may think that you are "too good" for him.However, you said he's "cute" so there is some attraction on your behalf. Remember, beauty is in eye of the beholder. GO FOR IT!!!

for me yeah she is rest of the day. probably thinking some sexual thoughts and just digging on you in general. make the move, seems too shy to do it himself. no shame in it, especially in this day in age.
