Yes, he would probably respond favorably. No guy would run away and he would not be staring at you if he didnt find you attracitve.

you guys would probably go str8 on a date. but since he seems shy, the best place to hang out is probably at a club or a party.
and no i dont think that he would b having sexual thoughts about you, cuz if he was really dat desperate den he wuddv either move onto a new target throughout the year or jus got a one night stand elsewhere, from my experience, id say dat hes fallen for u/thinks that your da girl of his dreams/wants to have you as his wife, as in the "wanna be with you " kind of way. hope that helps

Yeah I have really noticed that shy guys tend to that yet they don't know that they kind of turn you off after a while. You really don't know what is running in their minds.
Jr high was freaky this guy kept on staring at me however, I was shy too so we never dated until later on years.

Yes, he is undressing you with his eyes and probably thinks about you when he plays with himself. Don;t be alarmed...every straight male on the planet does this, or they lie about it.
But yes, he would probably like some attention from you...drop him some hints, or just ask him if he'd like to hang out after work or get a bite to eat.

it depends, if i find a lady attractive sexually then i may think of her in a sexual way, but if i have a "crush" on her, then i dont think sexually about her.
but if a bloke keeps staring at you then i recon he aint thinking of you sexually, only way to find out is to talk to him.

he pbrobaly is thinking at least slightly dirty, if he is single then he very well may react well if you put a move on him
