I've been going out with my bf for about 6 months and i think its time to end the relationship. My question is should i do it in person (more sincere) or on the phone (less embarrasing for him)? Thanks

It isn't less embarrassing for him on the phone-- it is less stressful for you, at least be honest about it.
He deserves a face to face in private. Do the right thing, treat him in the same manner you would like someone to dump you.

From a guys point of view i say on the phone. Guys know when u say i gotta talk to u 2morrow. Just get it over wit dat moment and save him some stress of worrying

Is there chance of him persuading you in person ,do it over the phone-If you mind is set and it is safe do it in person.
Just tell him you like him but you are not in love with him and you do not want to prolong things knowing you feel this way because yo do care for him. Be safe in any case.

Please do it gently and do it in person. But do it in a public place where you can walk away safely and with dignity. If he has no idea this is coming, please change your emails addresses that he knows about and use your answering machine to watch phonecalls. You want to do this _cleanly_ and without any misunderstanding of your intentions to end it for good.
Be gentle but firm.

do it in person. its a little more easier that way for both. because it wont be ackward when you see him next unlike the fone and it doesnt make you seem like a coward. and you can make him feel better.

Just never speak to him again no matter what. Its easy and it always works. he'll hate you forever though and bash you to everyone he knows
