I have seasonal allergies really bad in Feb & Aug, I think you should go see your Doctor or an allergiest. The over the counter allergy medicine are not strong enough and doesnt last very long for relief. Good Luck!

Leaky gut can cause food allergies!
When the stomach is deficient in hydrochloric acid, there is inadequate food digestion, primary of protein. These proteins are not broken down into amino acids and therefore, they keep their antigen, or toxic charateristics. These antigenic molecules are then absorbed through a leaky, or inflamed, gut and are exposed to to the immune system, causing a state of chronic immune hypersensitivity.
Once again, it all relates to inflammation of the gut's mucosal lining, which in this case will allow large protein molecules to be exposed to the immune system, eventually causing a continuous allergic response to foods.
The use of Xanthones in the diet can help heal Leaky Gut, stop the absorption of antigenic molecules and eliminate many of the following symptoms of food allergies:
Vomiting , loss of appetite, gastritis, ulcerative colitis, intestinal hemorrhage, gas, constipation, diarrehea, weight gain, irritible bowel syndrome, acne, dermatitis, canker sores, rash, itching, hives, asthma, croup, wheezing, chronic rhinitis. to name a few!
Phew!
The Mangosteen's Xanthones have healing properties as well.
These Xanthones act as an anti-inflammatory, they help the body convert food into energy, they work to heal the gut, leading to the healing of the entire body, and they help balance the amino acids in the body.
Mangosteen can kill several bacterial strains which cause infectious diarrhea, the causative pathogen for ulcers and gastritis, and the list goes on...........
Why use a drug when a food could do the same thing?

Stick with your benedryl or Dr prescribed for the time being, but you should go to your local honey distributor and get some of their bee pollen it has all of the ingredients in your area causing most of your allergies and by consuming it your body will build a natural immunity.

Take allergy medicine EVERY SINGLE DAY and when one is no longer effective take a new one! I take over the counter Claritin, used to take Allegra and have also used Flonase nose spray.
If you haven't had the blood test (RAST test) to determine what you are allergic to, you need to have it done. It can change your life to find out what you are allergic to!!
See a good allergist, they're specialists and have great treatments/solutions to make you feel like a human being again.

My husband and child both have chronic allergies. We bought an infrared sauna and my husband's allergies have greatly diminished, he uses it everyday. My daughter doesn't use the sauna, but the product Xlear seems to help her a lot.
