use a curl enhancing shampoo in the shower. use either no conditioner or a very light one to keep the body in your hair. after towel drying, spray with a curl product such as john freida beach blonde (your hair doesn't have to be blonde). twirl your hair, not scrunch, to create waves. you can either twirl more with gel or apply hairspray to create a light hold.

Let it grow a little bit then when u take a shower and ur hair's wet put on a bit of mousse (u can find it in stores) on ur hands and then scrunch ur hair with it.

get a semi permanent, but if u don't want to stand out, do it when u go away somewhere, and say it was a friends bet, but if u don't care, then just go get one,

brush like hell. get pomade/grease. and get a durag the key is to brush alot and put grease on your hair
