There is no difference between "micro" and "macro" evolution. The first inevitably leads to the second. ADAPTION IS EVOLUTION. Micro-evolution and macro-evolution are just terms invented by creationists to defend their ridiculous ideas.

There is no micro evolution. Evolution is evolution. Survival of the fittest is happening on every level - from the very large to the very small.

Logically, your statement is incorrect only for the word "every". Statements like these are generalizations and are not able to be substantiated due to the veritable impossibility to gather up EVERY creationist and document whether they believe in micro-evolution.
Practically, I know several creationists (and I know that these cannot exist in isolation) who refute all evolutionary theory.

Yes, they simply can't deny that things change over time. That is too obvious to deny without looking completely foolish. Yet they vehemently deny that over great periods of time things change greatly - a completely illogical position.
Draw a picture of an animal - any animal. Now make a dozen small changes to the picture. That is microevolution. Now make a thousand small changes to the picture, and then try to convince some rational person that what you end up with is a picture of the same animal species you started with.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS EVOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God created the earth and humans. We did not just "happen" to evolve under the right circumstances. Do you honestly believe that your ancestors are single- celled organisms, sea sponges, and whatever else? If you would like to know your correct heritage, open a Bible to Genesis 1:1 and start reading. I hope you do!
