Could someone suggest how to go about finding a therapist/counselor at a reasonable cost?

Look for a Mental Health Center in your area generally they allow those with low income to pay less.

I would call Health and Human Services...they should have names, and look for the ones that scale your fee...You pay what you have...I did that, and I didn't have a penny, so I didn't pay a penny...they can't get you or check, it's anonymous!!!

if you have free medical it CAN be free but if you dont call you dr and he well give you a number
