"virtual software" is an incorrect term. I think you want woftware that will allow you to design dresses? That is not "virtual" but actual design software and should be available.
If you really want to create the software yourself, then I suggest you take some in-depth programming courses with heavy emphasis on math.

If your looking to make programs in Windows you might want to check out Visual Basic ... you can download the pro on limwire pro.
There are millions of tutorials on visual basic... easy top use, more clicking then typing.
