I just want to ge some opinions-do guys like to be approached by girls? If so, how do they like to be approached? Theres a guy I see all the time, and I always catch him looking at me (don't know if thats a sign of anything?) but I've never actually spoken to him-should I approach him or just let it go? Tell me your thoughts.

Men loved to be approached (at least this guy does). It's very flattering. Too, though I'm tall, toned and athletic, I'm still shy. I love when a woman feels confident enough to approach me.

I think must of us don't mind to be approached by a girl. In fact, many guys are too shy to make the first move (just read Yahoo Answers and you see what I mean). Girls are usually better at that but they don’t even know it.
Of course, there will be always some guys that would feel weird by it since they might want to be the one who does it. But hey, I don’t think there is a guy that wouldn’t like a nice sexy girl to approach him no matter what.
Besides, you can always start a nice conversation, about whatever the situation could be that you two are, and take it from there. If you show lots of signs to him that you like him (look directly to his eyes, touch his hands and body, make nice comments about him, etc), he should take the hints and make the next move.
Many guys are more afraid of being rejected than the actual act of asking out. So making little moves from each side can be good as both of you will find out in a nice way if the other likes you or not, and if not, there could always be a good friendship after that. Worse that could happen is that you two are not “compatible”. Then just move on, there will be more, we are billions on this world, so don’t worry!
And what are you waiting for? You should be shutting down the PC and going out to get him ;)

Look miss caramel men like do be approached. especially those one who are really shy or don't want to hurt ur feelings or they just don't know about you. As u described it i can understand this
You can say this may be a problem but it is same with me so i have enough experience about this, IF U LIKE HIM U SHOULD APPROACH HIM. ANYWAY U BOTH CAN BE FRIENDS

All my guy friend find in flattering that a girl would approach them. My bf told me that he wanted me to approach him, since I didn't he approached me. However, he said he would've really enjoyed it if I would have made the first move.

No, don't approach him. Just gaze back at him and smile. If he is really interested, he will make some kind of move.
If he doesn't make a move...it could be that he is married.
Married guys will stare at you...but they will sometimes wait for you to make the first move so that if things develop and you find out that they married...They will have the excuse of saying that...YOU came on to them.

In my opinion i think the boy should ask out the girl but that is because i am from Chicago and that is what we usually do here but then some relationships are ruined because the guy is to shy or they girl is to shy in my school we have boys and girls and the girls usually talk to the boys and then the girls usually talk among themselves same with the boys. I'm not shure if this helps it might be a little unclear but that is my opinion.

Yes. Men are visual creatures. If he's looking at you all the time, that means he probably finds you attractive. If he wasn't interested, he wouldn't pay any attention to you at all. If you're interested, go ahead and approach him.

Be careful he might be looking at you for all the wrong reasons and might be a scary thought. However if you wish to talk to him then talk to him… Just say hallo or something but check him out first make sure you are safe talking to him before anything else

approach him. it's kinda easier 4 girls to approach us. just say hi n strike up a conversation with him n b his friend.
