There are a number of ways, depending on your situation.
You can get a student visa to attend a college or university.
Or a work visa if there is an employer in Canada offering you a job and willing to sponsor you.
If you have family in Canada, they can sponsor you.
If none of these apply to you, then you can still apply, but the process will take longer. It is on a points system, so education, employment skills, etc all count towards the process.
