No! 100mL of acetaminophen would kill you!
The most concentrated kind of acetaminophen is the infant Tylenol. This is really concentrated so they can give an infant a little amount instead of tablespoon fulls. The concentration for infant Tylenol is 100mg / mL. So, if a person was to take 100ml of this concentrated Tylenol that would mean they took 10,000mg (or 10 grams)! That is FAR from 100mg and that would kill a person!
Children's Tylenol is 160mg / 5mL. So if a person took 100mL of this they would be taking 3,200mg (3.2 grams) of Tylenol, not 100mg!
Adult Tylenol is 325mg / 5mL. If a person took 100mL of this, they would be taking 6,500mg (6.5 grams), not 100mg!
So, you can see, 100ml and 100mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) is VERY different. Taking over 4 grams a day (for an adult) of acetaminophen is considered and overdose and can kill you!

Not close. The infant drops normally contain 100 mg per ml and the elixir 32 mg per ml.

No.
A ml is a unit of volume, but for water or things similar to water 1 ml = 1 g. So 100 ml = 100g = 100,000 mg.
