I saw worm pizza before on Fear Factor...blech.
And I've seen lobster pizza before offered at a gourmet restaurant.
And I've even seen FRIED pizza....

One time, some pizza place mixed up our pizza delivery with somebody else's. They got a veggie pizza, we got an Every Meat We Offer pizza.
I tried picking off some of the meat (we just kept the thing.) I got tired of it and finally just ate some of the pizza with ham, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, and regular bacon.
I got soooooo sick--I woke up a couple hours later with the WORST stomach cramps and I was HURTIN' for the rest of the night. My stomach was like, if I can't get this meat out one end or the other, I'm going straight THROUGH your abdomen to the outside! This meat shall not stay inside!
So now, when I see Nasty Meat Cavalcade pizza, I still feel sick to my stomach.
Bad meat! BAD!

Anything can look gross if it's not something that's normal to the person eating it.
I couldn't and wouldn't dare, but a lot of people eat chocolate covered bugs and think it's a delicacy. Ugh, I couldn't imagine!
Worm pizza? Oh my gosh... My family is from Italy and made pizzas at home. It took me many years to fathom anything other than cheese, pepperoni etc... to be normal.
But, from my experience.... a friend of mine used to put snails on his pizza. Now that's gross!

well I don't know if this is necessairly "nasty" but quite funny. My friend used to work at this pizza making restaurant. And what he and his friends would do is get rubberbands and melt them into the pizzas, and nobody would ever suspected a thing because it looked exactly like CHEESE!!!

deep fried pizza is really good, also why every1 complaining about pineaplle thats my fav, a pubic hair is worst ive seen and i used to work for a pizza company, i think anchvies on pizza?/ how vile that and olives yuk

Big a** chunks of fennel. I can't stand them. Other than that...squid. With the suckers still on the tentacles. When they said it was a seafood pizza, I expected calamari, not seeing the suckers!
