No such thing as Heaven or Hell, although my theory is that all living people are really in Hell to start with, look at all the hell one must go through to live in this cruel world. Therefore, when one dies, it is then Heaven, since the dead cannot suffer the cruelties of the living world. To answer your question, I suppose the line is only as thick as the line between living and death.

Well, there are several teirs to both heaven and hell. Hell has nine i think and heaven definitely has seven as in 7th Heaven (oh i hate that show) anyways, if you are really close to going to hell but you go to heaven instead, you'd go to the first heaven. Its not as nice as second heaven but its better than hell.

As thick as the blood of Jesus. Think of what this is saying..."without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin"-our salvation depends on accepting the blood attonement Jesus provided for us so that is pretty much defining how thick the line between going to heaven and hell. Of course-we have to,by faith, believe He died (and rose) for our sins (rose so we might also rise from the grave and live eternally with Him).

Why would you gamble your eternity away like that? If you aren't sure there isn't a heaven you ought to check into the claims made by Jesus Christ. If what He is saying in the Bible isn't true then He is a liar but if what He says is true and you don't trust in Him for salvation it is your loss for all eternity. Read John chapter three in the Bible for yourself in plain English. Anyone can understand it and many have claimed it for themselves and are going to reside with God for all eternity in heaven and not hell.

If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)

i think it is pretty thin, because if you dont believe that Jesus was Gods son that died for our sins, then poof, when we die he sends us to hell
