I need to find an article to write a report on about "professional Issues" Does anyone have any suggestions? It can't be a legal issue, an ethical issue or a political issue (weird I know) just a professional issue, what ever they mean by that.

I don't have a specific article for you to look at (sorry!) but I do have a topic. You could look for articles pertaining to the nursing shortage and how a large component of that shortage is lack of qualified and willing teachers. For a nurse to teach nursing classes, he/she must have a masters degree. Many nurses are not willing to go that extra step to get a masters, and many with masters are not interested in teaching. I know there is a lot out there for you to find on that topic. It sounds a little bland, but if you think about it, it is really a huge issue for the nursing profession...how can we continue when we don't want to teach each other? Good luck on your report!
