I don't know what is causing the pains but it feels like the is huge pressure pushing down on them. Anyone willing to put in any insight?

Perhaps you broke a rib?? Did you bang it somehow, or fall on it, or has someone squeezed you too tight? If not...I would suggest visiting your doctor as it may not even be your ribs..it could be something else, maybe even serious.
I've had 2 pulminary embolisms (blood clots in the vein of your lungs) and the pressure was unbearable, I thought it was something else, but glad I had it checked out to make sure as this could have killed me. I am now on medication(blood thinners) for life...
So ....I would suggest seeing your doctor to rule out anything serious* GoodLUck*

We too can't guess what it would be as info is less.
To solve the problem is important. For that you should approach an acupuncturist. That is the only reliable treatment for your problem because the cause is hidden and only acupuncturist can understand and treat it.

Even though "I Hate Finks" is a smart@$$, he or she is right, There are many, many reasons to possibly explain your symptoms.

See a Dr. soon and if all is "ok" see a massage therapist.
