There are products for hair removal that work really well. I like Nair Hair Removal that works in 3 minutes. It is for legs but if you can use it down there very carefully. First, trim the area with a pair of hair scissors so the hair is short. Spread the cream over the area that you want to have the hair removed. Wait 3 minutes and wipe with a warm damp wash cloth. If you don't want to do the whole area then just apply accordingly. Use plenty of warm water to wash off with. Also, you will need a good razor to trim a bit. The best razor is Schick Quatro, nice contour and very sharp...so be careful! and use sensitive skin shaving cream...any brand will do. You will see after a few times, the skin will be very smooth. Apply some body cream, preferably not scented. And wash with a feminine wash. Some people get bumps when the hair starts growing back. If you keep the area clean and dry. You shouldn't have any problems. Of course, you could get a bikini wax...but that is a whole other story. Personally, I like to pamper myself and take care of my privacy on my own...best of luck!

When I was your age I also had your problem. At that time I used to do a bikini shave. That was a l-o-n-g time ago. Now, I use a dipilatory, one for the bikini line. I use it usually only twice a month and it takes off ALL the hair and I mean ALL of it! Go to a beauty supply store (I prefer Sallys) and ask for their product "Clean + Easy Cream Hair Remover". Here in Montana it sells for about $4 for a 4 oz tube which lasts for at least 4 applications at the bikini area. If you also use it for your legs and underarms, a tube should last about two applications. Hope this helps you. If the hair doesn't all come off the first use, wait a day or two and reapply. This should do the trick! Good luck!

when i was growing up, i was really self conscious about mine as well. i tried shaving it, but sometimes that caused razor burn where my underwear would rub the skin. so then i tried nair, but i still had to shave a little after that. last, i bought an at home waxing kit. this works wonders, but it does hurt. the more experience you have doing it the less it will hurt, but this is the best i have found. the more you do it, the more your skin will get used to not having hair there in case you do experience some sort of a rash. start experimenting now so by bikini season you know what works for you. i know it is the "in" thing for girls to shave all their hair, but im 26 and my b-f thinks its sexy for me to have hair down there. i just keep in neatly trimmed.

Their is something out there called Permanent Hair removal ( a Laser is used) but I do not know if it is recommended for that sensitive area, you should ask your dermatologist, or Gynecologist. But I would recommend shaving for now!!
