Eat 5 times a day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise and count your calories. Being that you are young you will have an easy time taking the weight off.
5 times doesn't mean big full meals. A salad or an apple constitutes as a meal. If you eat too much at one time your body can't burn it all fast enough so the rest goes into storage (fat). But if you eat just enough to get you through to the next meal then you will lose weight.

It doesn't sound like you're that fat to me, and it's more important to be fit than it is to be thin. Work on getting fit by eating right, cutting out sodas and junk food, limiting carbs and fats, and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. Dancing is a great form of exercise, and dancing fast, like aerobics, is what really burns the calories. If you feel hungry, go for a walk or dance to your favorite song instead of grabbing a snack - you'll be fit in no time!

Doesn't sound too bad. If you are 5'5" or taller, you are not even clinically overweight.
How young are you? If you are a teenager, you may be in store for a growth spurt. How tall are your parents? Otherwise, just focus on the healthy habits of eating a balanced diet and getting consistant exercise... like, dancing! Dancing burns calories too.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. yes dancing is a great form of exercise, and fun too. Try to eat healthy and balanced meals. Cut out sodas and junk food. Eat 3 balanced meals a day and snack on fruits and veggies inbetween if you're hungry. If you exercise, such as dancing, and do that you should see a difference =] good luck!

losing weight comes hard to some and if you are interested try this anything with citric acid in it well help for example apple juice, but if possable cranberry juice. Citric acid eats fat. Second start drinking water with leamon it helps alot. Next start trying to shrink your stomach by eating foods that asborb acid in your stomach try small portion salds and anything containg bread. Once you shrink your stomach you'll be able to become full on less portions of food and you'll begin to control your weight much easier
