There are no "cures". When i gave those up i had a headache for at least for 3 days and than i was pretty much over the addiction. Instead when i want to snack i have veggies with dip

I found eating whole grain food and raw vegetables stays with you longer so you don't feel hungry. Fruit taste sweeter after you get used to not eating sugar for a while. If you are really hungry make a banana shake with one banana and skim milk in a blender. That will really fill you up and it's good for you. Also dry roasted almonds with no sugar and salt helps when you're feeling hungry. You can buy them at Walgreens really cheep.

You will be amazed how many foods have sugar and white flour in them. If you cut that out of your diet you will have less cravings.

you are right. have you ever been hungry and had a mcdonalds only to find yourself even more hungry afterwards? the flour and sugars in foods and bread are so refined are body absorbs them far quicker than is natural or healthy and our bodies get a craving for them almost like a drug hit, i could write for hours cos i used to suffer, but the real ynderstandable answer is is Dr Atkins Diet book - the first orange one, read it, it will make things clear to understand, you dont have to do the diet but the information there is very good

try eating protein rich foods to help keep you full and drink lots of water because if you're full youll be less likely to want to eat. Also, when you get a craving but aren't hungry try things like going for a walk, reading a magazine, painting your nails, anything to keep yourself busy because the craving will pass. Good luck!
