The only one that will be able to diagnose or help you is a professional.
I have lupus (auto-immune disorder) and I do understand what you're saying with the chills and brain fog, but I don't experience any of those symptoms just after eating.
You could also be experiencing a hormonal problem or perhaps you're on a medication that's not agreeing with you.
In any case, what you're experiencing is not normal.
My best advice, make an appointment with your regular physician and have him/her refer you to a specialist.
I wish you the best *

You need to see a doctor immediatly who can help with this problem. Find out what exactly is wrong with you and take heed. It is extremely abnormal to pass out after eating a few bites. The heart cannot take the stress and in order to digest the small amount of food all the blood goes tothe stomach. If you get a warning that this is about to happen versus just immediatly fainting it means you heart rate is slowing and you eventually pass out. You need more help than anyone here can give you.

Well obviously thats not normal and I have not expirienced that before. I think that you should go to the hospital right away. Just for a checkup you may not even need to stay but just incase there is something wrong with your nerves or stomach. Or get an appointment with a dietician. They might beable to help or call your doctor right away. Because this is not normal at all. Some day if it gets way to low you may die! I want to worry you so you get it in your head to go to the hospital!

This is really intriguing. I did a little research and found that rarely, vigorous swallowing causes fainting due to stimulation of the vagus nerve. Perhaps this is what you are experiencing. You should see you rodctor and perhaps an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist. Given that the other suspected diagnoses haven't panned out, it may be worth checking out this rare disorder. Good luck to you. Here's the source:

It could be a lot of things having to deal with your hypotension. Blood is transferred through the stomach more when after eating, cause people to get tired easily. There could a lot of things; your diet, excercise, chemical balance, age, weight... a lot of things do this. I have hypotension myself, because I have anemic and my heart is slow with a dysrhythmia. I used to run cross country, so my heart got accustomed to beating at a slower rate than normal. Do you get nausea? vomiting? fever?

Wake up swinging and beat them about the head for a bit and toss them out of the house.

See a specialist, or pig out when laying down so you don't fall when you pass out
