Directv is the only answer. Had all the others and nothing compares to Directv. The only problem I had with Directv is the install from a dealer. If you have it installed make sure they do the job they are supposed to or just do it yourself. That way it is done they way you want it to be. If you are as peticular about your electronics as I am.

You really need a high definition signal for that TV , either from HD cable or HD satellite receiver. Otherwise the picture will only look good on the digital or analog signal( whichever the case is).

Same difference. Use over the air for true HD. Cable and Dish downgrades the signal.

Probably, because you can order hd programing, some satellite companies come with free hd programing, i would check into try to get the most hd for the lowest price.
