and I really like one of my students. what can I do? Does this seems morally wrong to you? he is 9 years older than me, really cute and really shy and I have no idea what to do, but it's really bugging me. please help

First wait until the class is over and done with, then on the last day ask him out for coffee and talk form there, Nine years older is nothing, I say just wait until the class is over and go for it, I bet he knows you have a crush on him but you can't say anything in class.

It would be wrong while in the teaching mode. But you might make it clear that something - discreetly- would be ok after the class concludes. You did not say how old you are, makes a difference.

Apparently you are both adults. Right? THen I see nothing wrong with trying to make contact with him outside of the classroom.

I don't see anything wrong with it...this isn't like in school where you are the teacher and he's an impressionable teen or child. This is an adult/adult situation.
