Sometimes I have sleeping issues. Sorry about that. It can be really hard and effect you everyday. So....talk to your doctor about a phyciatrist or just your doctor about putting you on a medication that will help you sleep. There are so many I take a couple and they work so well. They gave me no side effects. So if you choose to do my suggestion I wish you that you don't have sideeffects. I wish you the best of luck anyways. Hope that you sleep well tonight.

It's really common to jerk awake when you are falling asleep. I don't know what it's called, unfortunately. It's really irritating. I suppose I have that happen a couple times a month, maybe more. You probably jerked your neck when you were at school, and pulled something, giving yourself a headache. Ask your mom or dad about it, I bet they get that too, sometimes.

I would go to the doctor and tell them about your symptoms. There's probably a name for this.
