guys i want to lose 15 pounds by 10th of march, i really need help, i have school and too much work, so i dont have time to go to the gym at all, im like home all day, so i dnot get to walk alot (which is bad) so i really need help...should i walk home ? if so how long? u guys know any good diets? or somethingg...that will make me lose 15pounds/lbs by 10th march, pleasee let me know thank you guyss!!

BTW do you guys think its possible to lose 15pounds by march10th?

Just cut out all the bad foods you normally eat like fast food, soda, chips, that kind of garbage...Youd be amazed to see how quick you lose weight...Just focus on water and fruits and maybe then buy some of that stuff from Walgreens that helps you get rid of the waterweight...Thats the best thing you can do if you dont have time to exercise.

1. DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER.(THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

Give it a month to start to see results. You will lose more without the going out to eat thing. Also, stay away from alcohol. Yes it is possible to lose 15 lbs by March 10th.

Heh. If you have the willpower, put yourself on a strict _non-processed foods_ diet: that includes no sugar and as little salt as possible. Your foods will consist of something like this:

eggs: hard-boiled or fried in olive or canola oil
tuna and salmon
baked lean chicken
natural peanut butter with nuts
other nuts like almonds
oatmeal
whole-grain wild rice
any and all vegetables and fruits
lots of water

Eat six meals a day and alternate protein/carb, protein/carb. No guarantees that you'll lose a _ton_ of weight in only a few weeks, but I can assure you that by simply cutting out artificial crap, you'll definitely lose some.

You could lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks if you want with this info. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. Walking home is a great start, it will burn off calories that you normally don't burn!

Try incorporating some home exercise videos into your day. Losing weight takes work, both in the healthy eating and the excercise departments, but you can do it!

I use a free website called SparkPeople. You can track your food and activity, they have online demos of exercises you can do, even if you are at your computer desk! There are message boards and teams, and you can create your own weight loss page. Check it out, and I hope it helps.

I don't think it is healthy to try to lose that much weight that quickly, but if you cut your calories to 1000 per day and walk or jog at least 1 hour a day you could probably lose at least ten, maybe more. You don't have to go to a gym to exercise - just walk briskly for 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes in the evening, like walking to and from school. Distance is not as important as the length of time you do it - start slow and work up to it. Drink lots of water, not soda; eat only low fat foods, like lean meat, fish, fresh fruits and veggies, and limit carbs like pasta, bread and potatoes. I lost 15 pounds in two weeks by walking and eating: for breakfast - 1 piece of whole wheat toast and 1 egg fried in a nonstick skillet or 1 cup of shredded wheat w/ 1/2 cup fat free milk and 1 tangerine; lunch - 1 slice of turkey lunchmeat w/ 1 piece of whole wheat bread, a deli pickle, and an apple; supper - lean cuisine or weight watchers entree (under 300 calories) with fruit for dessert. It's boring, but you can probably tolerate anything for two or three weeks, and it works!

It is not possible to lose that much weight in that little time. You should only be losing about 2 pounds a week.

that a lot of wieght too loose. too much unless your huge.
the only way to do it is to exersize walk run jump up and down it doesnt matter as long as you are moving you will loose wieght. the more you move the more you loose. eat less but not so little you feel sick . try to make this a life style change instead of a short term thing.

drink only water and watch your diet. about 10 bottles of water a day can make you at least 5 pounds in a week depping on your deit.
