Errr... the dreaded 100 calorie packs. Junk food packaged in 100 calorie containers is still junk food. Start switching these out for fresh fruit. 100 calories worth of fruit will at least have fiber and plenty of vitamins AND satisfy a sweet tooth.

Start counting your calories. One of two things may be to blame. First, you may still be overeating on the Lean Cuisines and 100 calorie packs. Second (what I suspect), is that you may not be eating enough. You need at least 1200 calories per day to prevent starvation mode, and if you are eating 3 lean cuisines a day with 2 100 calorie packs, you are probably not eating enough. Flush out your meals with vegetables (salad, Veggie soup), and you can feel satisfied and add a needed food group to your diet.

Personally, I eat the food pyramid. 6 servings of low-cal, high fiber whole grains, 5 servings of fruit, 5 servings of vegetables, 2 or 3 servings of low fat dairy, and 2 or 3 servings of lean meat (one of these will probably be fish, the other poultry).

Oh, and add exercise. 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I'm in the exact same boat. I tried weight watchers a long time ago and I lost weight the first week, but I didn't lose any the second week and I just stopped. But this time I'm doing it no matter what. I lost 6 lbs the first week and I didn't lose or gain any weight last week, but I lost a lb so far this week. So yeah, I'll tell you what the lady at weight watchers told me. The first three weeks are gonna be weird. Don't get discouraged. Also, do you use that point calculator? Cause I was using the standard paper one and I was miscalculating some things. But I bought a electronic one for ten dollars and I'm calculating accurately now. Maybe that could be it, maybe you aren't calculating things that accurately. But even if you are, just be patient. And exercise! It's crucial that you execise. Try to do 30 minutes are more of cardio a day, and some muscle conditioning. Muscle helps you burn calories even when you're at rest.

Just because you aren't seeing a difference doesn't mean there hasn't been. Eat a lot of fruits and vegtables. You're suppose to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegtables a day.

Hope this helps, good luck. Don't give up! The slower you lose weight the longer it stays off.

Are you still eating a lot of calories?

I eat small meals every 3 to 3.5 hours. Each meal consists of about 220 calories comprised of lean meat and low fat. Also veggies. No butter, no mayo etc.

I also work out. You must exercise as well. You need to burn more then you eat. Just do the math. You will lose weight. Be patient, be consistent, reward yourself with "non food" rewards such as a new pair of jeans or earrings...something to make you feel good about yourself.

Keep your goal in your mind. Give yourself positive encouragement and imagine how great you're going to look!

Keep up the good work...you can do it.

1. DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

Give it a month to start to see results. You will lose more without the going out to eat thing. Also, stay away from alcohol
