Yes. As long as they don't break or spill, they are completely water-proof.

Here's the deal. To answer your question, YES they are safe in the shower. But i would definitely not recommend this. The idea of sex in the shower does sound fun to many and it is, but that's only if you dont have to wear a condom. In the shower the condom shrinks and becomes very very uncomfortable. I would suggest another location just for you convenience.

Condoms are made of latex or natural animal skins. All these are waterproof. As your semen has a pH of about 7 and water in a shower has usually a pH of 7. Neutral. So condoms are safe to use in any environment. It is good you use them.

They are just as effective but you run a much higher risk of them falling off in the shower. If it stays on, you are fine but I would try and avoid it if possible. It would also be a good thing if you went on birth control so you can enjoy things like sex in the shower (or anywhere really) without having to worry. *As a note, the condomless sex with birth control is only acceptable with a steady partner.

Shower would be fine, not underwater though, like a bath or pool, but make sure you use lots of lubricant or else the water could cause friction and make it rip.

How do you suppose they keep semen from getting from the man to the woman if they aren't a barrier for fluid?
I think you need to learn more about condoms before you consider having sex. Apparently, you aren't clear on what they do or how they are used.

Dude, if you can wear rubbers on your feet in the rain, you can wear one in the shower.
