I went to the doctor and he gave me antibotics and they did nothing to help me(after they were gone). What is the next step to get this fluid from behind my ear this can be dangerous if not fixed should I go back to the same one or choose another doctor?

Fluid behind the eardrum (in the middle ear) is not dangerous if it isn't infected. Taking a decongestant will get rid of the fluid.

Try some decongestant tablets.
But the vessels that serve the Ears R V small so it's a hit or miss, sort of cure.
Might help, might not.
U tried a bowl of Hot water, few drops of Menthol?
Breathe it in 4 a while C if that helps.
