He might be anemic or something might be up with his circulatory system (like a heart problem). In my opinion, any change in a cats behavior in the way that you describe indicates that there is an underlying issue that needs attention. Check his gums, tongue and the bottom of his feet to look at the coloring. If it is real light pink or whitish, he has anemia. You can get iron supplements from a veterianarian that can correct this. But that is my initial thought. He may need a blood test. You probably ought to take him in to the vet real soon. An anemic cat can take a turn for the worst in a hurry - and it can also be a symptom of a more serious kidney problem or something else. That would be a worst case scenario. Either way, you are going to want to know what is going on and how to remedy it because if its gone on this long, it's not going to turn around on its own. Good luck.

this may be an greater respiratory an infection, which has similarities to a worry-unfastened chilly in human beings, yet would be risky in a youthful kitten. The vet is definately the final element you're able to do. no count number if it relatively is a URI, placed the kitten in a room with extremely some nutrition and water, and placed a vaporizer purely severe sufficient that kitty won't be able to attain it. this would help decongest his nasal passages and airway, making it much less confusing to respire. shop your different kitten away, considering URI's are contagious. that's going to bypass away after approximately 2 weeks. yet regardless of what everyone on line says, definately bypass to the vet. And to answer your question, confident, cat colds and infections would be skipped over to different cats.

Yes it sounds like your cat may be getting sick or just tierd from age. Bring her to a vet asap and have her looked at ask for them to do a total health test and if anything is wrong they will be able to tell that way. In the mean time watch on him and make sure he is still eating normaly and drinking lots of water. Good luck.

He may have just discovered how comfortable it is to sleep up against a heat source in the winter. Have your vet check him out, but he's probably fine (and sleeping more because of old age).
