I believe the maximum is 5g in 100g - 5 percent, otherwise they are not legally allowed to describe it as low fat.

depends how much u want to lose
i recommend 5g in 100g if u want to lose a small amount of weight

1-5 if u want to lose loads. i chose the later cos i needed to lose loads of weight
