Native Americans believe that the Creator wanted them to live in harmony with all creation. And created everything they needed to survive in the natural world.

The Middle Eastern ledgends describe a jealous God who demanded animal sacrifices, and who later sent his Son to earth to be sacrificed.

It seems to me that the American Indian Creator is more loving.

The Middle eastern God, according to, ledgend, created everything, and made the rules. I wonder why he would choose to kill his son when he could just change the rules at will...since they are his rules after all.

Some religions have supreme beings who love their subjects and expect them to care for each other and their surroundings. This breeds harmony among the society. The Native American God you speak of is an example of this.

Other religions create gods that are spiteful and hateful so that they may command their subjects in fear. This breeds anxiety, distrust, and suffering. The Christian god (at least in the beginning of the bible) and the idea of Hell are examples of this.

There is only one Creator and we cannot even try to comprehend His Love. Only innocent blood can forgive sin. And when Jesus died on that cross on Calvary, His blood was sufficient for all of us.
