My 7 month old pug puppy ate a zipper off of his bed! I'm not sure if it harms him or not since it is metal...

If he didn't choke on it and doesn't seem to be having any problems breathing or deficating, it will probably pass through his system on its own. However if there is any change in his behavior, bowel movements, or the like, consult your vet.

Get him to the vet right away! Even if he passed it, think how a metal zipper would feel coming out your backside, and he's a tiny puppy. Get off the computer and get him to the vet!

I would take your 7 month old pug to the vets to get x-rays where is the zipper is.

Yes you need to get the dog to the vet he will not be able to pass it the faster you get to the vet the easyer it will be for them to get it out if you waite to long it will pass from the stomic and will require surgery to get it out, if it is in the stomic they should be able to scope it and remove it. Right now every scond counts get there soon.

Give him twenty four hours to poop it out, if he doesn't do his business in that time take him to the vet

If she just ate it induce vomiting. If she ate it a while ago get to the vet. This may not pass and can get stuck in the intestines.
