How do i spot them? any one know is it a deffeciency of some kind??

Beauty spots? Freckles? If they are red and pinpoint, you could have an infection. They are your capillaries breaking. You should see a doctor and get an antibiotic.

Maybe you are just incredibly beautiful. Sorry, I don't know how to help, but if it will put your mind at rest visit the doctor because people on here aren't experts and often stress you out about nothing. Good luck x

Hello, More likely to be an allergy. Have you used a different shower gel or changed washing powder/liquid? Think if you have eaten something different. Do not think it will be a deficiency. Consult doctor if it lasts more than a few days

Hi,
I would go and get them checked out, someone i knew who was only about 25 had skin cancer! They sorted it as it easily cureable if caught at the right time! You dont always have to spend alot of time in the sun to get skin cancer, I think it can even be in the family.
Just go get it checked out to make sure everything is ok!

I'd get them checked out, just to be on the safe side. It may be nothing but let a doctor tell you that.

i would say sun damage too have you been using sunbeds i get them after i have used the sun beds x

im not sure its beauty spots at all..
is it freckles? is it like blemishes on your limbs?
let d dermatologist have a look at it,,,,.
