There was a Christian man named George Muller.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Muller

He started many orphanages and told God he wouldn't ask people for money, that he'd rely on faith alone and never solicite a penny . And he never did and he ended up with 5 orphanages and alot of money in the bank for them when he died. It wasn't easy. He had rough times but he just trusted the Lord and God blessed him.

To Not a Gay Pastor.... - That man was putting God to the test. Obviously he was misguided.

Amen! Faith is awesome and when we know the Lord will work in our circumstances, and have no doubt that our lives are in HIS hands, and not to worry about our lives it is then our faith becomes so strong...like the wise man who built his house upon a rock!

Luke 17:6
He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you.

God did some wonderful things through George Muller.

Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
