I just bought a new carseat and it has 4 of these pieces missing. I'm trying to find out the name so I can get them. Thanks!

Its the little plastic piece that snaps right into the back of the booster seat. The part that goes into the holes above your childs shoulders.

There should be a book that came with the seat. Each piece will have its name listed on the car seat diagram, usually. What you are talking about means nothing to me, I use Britax seats.

If you bought this in a store, grab the box it came in and take it right back. I'd choose another brand of seat by the way.

After having kids, dealing with every car seat, infant seat and booster seat known to man I can tell you this; they have NEVER been missing pieces.

There's usually an 800# on the box and if I were you I would call them asap. If there are parts missing, take it back. If you ordered it online make them send you the pieces pronto!

Best of luck to you!

What kind of carseat is it? Can you link us a picture or give us the name of the brand/model?

I can't think of any carseat that has 4 of anything that would be missing, but if it does, I think I'd be wanting to exchange the seat for one that had all it's parts!

Definitely don't use it until you have all of the parts!

What brand/model of seat is it? If you bought this seat new and it is missing parts you should return it ASAP for a complete seat.
