What factors were involved in your decision making? What are the main reasons you choose to have children?

Because my husband and I love each other and wanted to start a family.

I do not have children, but I plan to adopt kids in about 9 yrs. I have always had a strong desire to have children & to adopt them. I don't know what influenced me I guess its just my heart telling me that I should be a mother. I also love children & am an only child. So in teh future I will adopt children, I plan to start saving up money when I am 18 until I"m about 25, hopefully I will then be financially set & have the money. It has always been my dream to be a mother & It will come true!!

Failed birth control. Seriously, I had and IUD. I was living with my boyfriend for about a year & were talking about getting married & having a couple of kids, but it happened too soon. We weren't ready financially, but we were in every other way, so we moved the wedding up. I guess a lot of factors were involved. Both he & I were the last of our blood line. We wanted a solid family. Unfortunately it didn't work out. We were together 11 years. He lost his job. He got on drugs. I left with our daughter. He went through rehab & became a born again Christian (the other extreme) So we became friends again. He died from lung cancer a few years ago & our daughter went there to take care of him his last few months, so I guess we did something right. (She's 28 now)

I just love kids. I always have. I always knew that I wanted a big family and a lot of kids.

what are your reasons to live... for me , having children is my life, i have 2 girls, 6 months and 7 years. they are my life . it is great to have someone depending on you and you can effect his life the way you effect the life of your child.

For me there was never a question of whether to have kids or not...I've always wanted kids...since I was a kid myself. For me it was all about the timing and finding the right person to have my kids with.

For me I always knew I wanted kids. I knew I was going to have them young. That has always been my life's purpose.
