The flooring is always the last phase of the project.

I always install the floors after. Especially when using a fiberglass tub. This helps to secure the tub. A steel tub doesn't the to be secured like the fiber one because it won't flex. But it is a waste of flooring material under the tub. The sub floor is enough.

I would definitely lay the floor last. Too much potential for damage to brand new flooring to install the tub later.

If you are referring to the finished floor wait until after the tub but if you need to put a sub-floor in then put it in first.

Depends on the type of tub.....I'm assuming it's an enclosed one....if so.....the choice is yours.....less cost if you put tub in first and floor around it.
