Seems like yo already acknow;dege that the excessive coffee could be the cause.
You need to restrict your coffee intake dramatically. Coffee has a dehydrating effect on your body, and it is also a stimulant. Too much of it will cause headaches.
You also need to ensure you drink 2 litres of water a day. Dehydration causes headaches

I'm willing to bet you routinely use an artificial sweetner. Doesn't matter which one - they all have the potential to be BAD.
For about six months, I started experiencing pain and weakness in my legs, and even started losing flexibility. Something as simple as putting on shoes and socks was becoming a real issue. I was starting to wonder if I would be diagnosed with fibromyalgia, until a little research proved otherwise:
First, I was eating bread containing an artificial sweetner. (I didn't know that before I read the ingredients list.) I did some research on-line, and found out among other things that artificial sweetners can cause symptoms which mimic diseases like fibromyalgia. (And migraine headaches). I got off the bread, and gradually the symptoms started getting better. Today my legs are pain free and flexibility is returning.
If you are using "healthy" artificial sweetners in ANYTHING (coffee, soda, bread, whatever) GET OFF OF IT TODAY! If that's the source of your headaches, it will get better. It may take a little time if you've built it up in your system, but definitely get the poisons out of your diet!
Best wishes -

coffee could be the problem. caffine may cause headaches in some people. drinking caffinated beverages such as coffee, soft drinks and even hot chocolate have been linked to headaches. also consuming chocolate(in candy form) and nicotine may increase the sensations. lay off the caffine. if your wear your hair in barrettes or tight bands that may also contribute too.

It's because of too much coffee. They contain a lot of caffeine which doesn't help in headaches.

Try switching over to tea for awhile.. its hot and has caffeine but if you are drinking your coffee very strong or using Kona coffee from Hawaii it could be effecting your blood pressure. Ease up on the stuff.

Caffeine can cause those headaches. Stop consuming the stuff. You will temporarily have a withdrawal headache, which will be even worse, but you'll get over it.
