Given yes, earned no. Even the High Priest of the the children of Israel standing before God was filthy and could be accused by Satan as unworthy. But not when God graciously removed his filthy garments (sin) and put a clean robe (righteousness of Christ) on Him. Satan then had no more reason to accuse as he now stood before God in righteousness.
