there are lots of good ones out there.. i don't know where you live or what's around there.. so i can't really say.. italian is always good. like Olive Garden if you have one of those. or if you want it more romantic then chose some candle lit nice one... depends on what date it is and who it's with and everything..

You know what your budget can stand so why not pick out a couple you know you can afford and give her the choice?
Even if it IS Mickey D's, Burger King or Sonic...doesn't matter one iota as long as you're keeping things real. Don't try to impress her with the first date being something you really can't afford...she'll be expecting this kind of thing next time too, if there is a next time.
