congratulations for writing this down, as you are admitting to yourself that you have a problem. It sounds like you really need someone to talk to, maybe if you have no one close who you trust, you could chat to people online in simliar groups which may share your interst. If you feel your thoughts are getting quite irrational, then perhaps approaching someone in the medical proffesion may help. Sometimes stresses and strains in life can cause you to distrust people and be a bit paranoid. Perhaps a trained cousellor may be an advantage. Whatever you do, don;t keep your feelings to yourself, as that is when these problems become more irrational and difficult to control. Seek help while you are in the early stages.
You will get over it in time, but perhpas need a little support to get there
good luck

I am 42 years old and I know hundreds of people. I socialize with many of them and work with most of them. I call them acquaintances. I trust only 4 people that I know and I call them friends.
You have to go through tons of people and let every one of them have the opportunity to betray you in order to find people you can trust. It takes a long time but it is worth the effort.
Some people need a second chance. If you have friends that you want to trust then explain your position to them and what the problem is. If they betray you again then forget them. If they keep your trust then keep the friend. Remember to treat them right too.

did someone take advantage of your trust?thats usually why you stop trusting.if you didnt have much trust to begin with then even a little thing can lead to your mistrust.there is no easy way to trust
again.you just kinda have to throw it out there.my ex totally screwed me over.im now remarried.to some one much better but
i had to just trust that he wasnt like my ex.though im talking about
love relationships but it holds true for any kind of relationship.

In order to trust someone else you must first trust yourself. Test yourself, try to trust again. Once you can do that, you can trust anyone.
