HI, I AM 20 YEARS OLD I HAVE 2 KIDS AND I WEIGH 161 LBS. I FEEL VERY FAT. BEFORE I HAD MY KIDS I WAS ALWAYS VERY THIN, I WORE SIZE 00 OR 0. I HAVE TRIED SO HARD TO TRY AND LOOSE WEIGHT BUT IT IS SOO HARD. I DONT EXPECT TO BE SOO SKINNY BUT AT LEAST TO WEIGH 120-130 LBS. I KNOW I NEED TO EXERCISE BUT I NEED HELP ON WHAT I AM REALLY SUPPOSED TO BE EATING. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME??

Why do you want to loose weight? Is your weight too tight?

Start eating a well-balanced diet. This will be a great example to your children as to what you should be eating (if they have healthy eating habits, then they will be more likely to maintain their weights as adults). Now, restrict your own portions to keep your calorie intake between 1200 and 1500 calories per day. This can be a rough adjustment, but if you take it slowly (and remind yourself that you are still doing better than you did before), you can make the change.

As for exercise, this doesn't have to be drastic. This could be taking the kids for a walk around the park. If the kids are little, you can put them in a jogging stroller and run with them. You can take them bike riding. You can go ice skating. Roller skating. Play basketball. Play tennis. Not only will you be active, but you will be spending quality time with them.
