How to approach a guy I work with?

We know each other from December. I approached first and started conversation,he seamed really friendly. We met accidentaly in the Pub,talked and I realized I like him. After that we talked alone for 2 hours and afterwards he started to act strange. If I start a conversation he is really nice and polite,but if not he just acts strangely,as if he is affraid or confused,and almost avoiding me. Should I do anything at all (ask him out) or forget about him?

well when you talked to this man ask him if he would be interested in doing something over the weekend and c if he accepts. But on the other hand if hes acting kinda strange he might have a gf or possibly gay........good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you really like him, than i say you keep talking to him and being nice, than ask for his phone number, email you know all that stuff..and start talking to him in chats and phoneing him. than when you think he likes you enough, than invite him over, or just go hang out with him at a resturant or just hang out outside, than eventually he will get close to you and he will like you alot, and he might even ask you out himself. if he dosent ask you out, than you try, but remember do it at the right time..
If you do this for about 1 or 2 months and he dosent seem to like you or talk to you, than i say just forget about him, cause those might be the signs that he is sending you...meaning hes trying to tell you he dosent like you with signs..Anway i hope this works, and i wish you luck!

Hmm. he maybe just playing you up.. Keep at him, he'll break. Am just experiencing the same thing right now. If you like him, go after him.
