How many religious businesses are there in America?..
I refer to all the Churches and their various faiths, and thier off-shoots.. including the cults.
Is there a comprehensive list showing all these businesses?

The majority of Churches own property therefore that's BUSINESS
Whilst I understand that a lot of people will disagree with me about classsing Religion with Business - nevertheless it's a fact.
ANYTHING to do with money - IS business !

To make it simpler... Think about these tv evangelists, and the huge amounts of money they manage to get people to send into them..

The Church of Christ does not raise money or sell anything, to support the work of the Lord's Church.
1 Corinthians 16:1,2
2 Corinthians 9:7
2 Corinthians 8:1-12
The members of the Lord's Church (Christians) lay by each first day of the week an offering which is then used to help the needy
and spread the gospel here and abroad.

Our Church does not qualify as a business since we do not sell anything at all. The money that is received is from our members and is used to assist in spreading GOD's WORD both in our country and abroad. If you are interested in contributing, I am sure that the Elders would send you an address. Have a GrEaT DaY!!
