If you mean does Bush allow the Holy Ghost to dictate his every word and deed, then I'd have to yield a hardy "NO" . But if you are asking if he is trying to dictate over the power of the Holy Ghost, then perhaps. But he can only try.

Well---Bush did claim that "God told me to attack Iraq"--although I'm not sure which God told him to do that.
Over here in Australia we have places to put people who claim that God told them to kill other people.--:]
