How many calories for just plain noodles in water?

Ah, Ramen Noodles. The flavor packet is just salt. Doesn't really add to the calories, but does add a boatload of salt.

If you want noodles, try to eat a sensible serving of high-fiber, whole grain, whole wheat pasta. You can find some varieties with 180 calories per serving with 6g of fiber. Much better selection than the ramen noodles.

It's impossible to say, since there are so many "plain noodles" out there now. There are those made with enriched white flour, whole grain, whole wheat, etc. The best way for you to find out is to look at the back of the package where all the nutritional information is written.

Whatever it says on the package; there are no calories in the flavouring.

The calories aren't what you need to worry about. It is the carbs. Carbs turn to suger which turns to fat if it is not burned up.
