Okay, so track season starts in Spring and I'm SO out of shape!!
Me and my boyfriend are going to go track together and Im so not in the shape to do it..
Any ideas on how to get in shape quick before Spring??
Please help!

get in shape bye doing lots of exerise three times a week such as jogging pushups situps or any other exerises .

He mentions great techniques for getting your waistline down and excersizes to build up specific areas to help burn caleries and shed the pounds, all while being able to eat what you want to eat...

depends on what event you plan on doing.. it you are into shot and discus then lift weights... if you are on the track for long distance running run... and short find a program that builds speed

start running a mile a day & do some sprinting to amke your speed a little faster. do cruches & lift some weights

start using olive oil and drink water lots of it ...eat 5 times a day and work out with lots of clothes on so you sweat some.....and go running.......

u can eat healthy and exursize, i think the best is to use the exursizing balls thats what i do and its working realy good.
