If you want to buy some product, go with Matrix's Proto-Pak or Bedhead Chocolate Head. Use a good moisture-enhancing shampoo and conditioner like Bedhead Moisture Manic, Dumb Blonde, or Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo/Conditioning Balm. If you want a do-it-yourself treatment, apply olive oil throughout wet hair. Let it process under a hot wet towel for 15-30 minutes. Shampoo twice, but don't condition. It might feel a bit greasy, but after you blow-dry, your hair will be in great shape again. Also, if you had your blonde color bleached (lightened), it will not fade. If anything, it might look a little dingy (yellowish) after a few weeks. Try Matrix SoSilver, but be certain to work up a lather in your hands first as this purple shampoo can tend to stain. Do not use it every day, just every few weeks or as needed to get rid of any yellowish tones on platinum hair. Avoid this shampoo though if you aren't a mostly platinum blonde as it may weaken your lowlights. Ask your stylist just to be sure.

there are two that I would suggest. the first is cheap, it's Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner...it comes in a bottle in boots or superdrug and is about £4, you leave it on for 3 mins and it replenishes your hair, its natural, in fact I think it has mud in it, so it won't strip your hair colour. The second is Keratasse by l'oreal... you can buy this from Headmasters hair salons, and it's like silk in a conditioner. They do a whole range and lots of different types for different hair needs, they do a treatment mask for hair, it's more expensive, like £10 or £20 maybe but it is absolutely wonderful.

Hi,
I would recommend the Aussie 3 minute conditioner for coloured hair, also the shampoo, your hair colour won't fade and you will have soft, shiny hair that smells gorgeous.

I only use Dove hair products, I too have coloured my hair and I won't use anything else. After washing with a 2in1, I towel dry my hair then comb in Dove Therapy, Rejuvenating conditioner, in a blue pump bottle, it doesn't need washing out, and it isn't greasy. Good Luck

If you can bear it, leave the conditioner on overnight, having combed it through wet hair, and wrapped it in a towel. Rinse off the next morning. John Freida v good!

try Aussie 3 Minute Miricle Conditioner. Shampoo you hair like normal and wash out, then put in the conditioner and leave on for 3 minutes and wash out. They say for added shine first rinse with warm water, then with cold water......this stuff works great, had to use it after i fried my hair by dying and then bleaching it.
