I am going to get a massage and i wantt to know how much i need to give the chickk a tip for a good massage.

Your first 'tip' for her should be the respect to view her as 'Massage Therapist" - not massage 'chick'. You wouldn't call your doctor a 'doctor chick'. A licensed massage therapist studies hard for that license which makes her a serious and dedicated person.
Tipping is optional in massage. About 10-20% is usual.
Your money without your respect, however, is not a good enough tip.
